Job description
We are looking for a Passionate Tech Lead to join Jared, the app that makes finance accessible to everyone. You will play a central role in the design, development, and evolution of our product, while coaching a team of talented developers. You will manage technical choices, guarantee the quality of the code, and will actively contribute to making Jared a reliable, efficient and scalable solution.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supervise and lead the development team (front-end and back-end)
- Actively participate in the technical design and architecture of the product
- Guarantee the quality, performance and safety of the application
- Conduct regular code reviews and support the development of developers
- Implement best development practices and continuously improve technical workflows
- Identify and integrate innovative technologies to advance the product

An experienced developer, motivated by technical and human challenges, able to take a step back while keeping his hands on the code. You like to transmit, structure, and are committed to building a useful, well-thought-out and sustainable product.
Key skills:
- Full-stack development : Mastery of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, as well as modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Software architecture : Ability to design robust, efficient and scalable systems.
- Database : Good knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and non-relational databases (NoSQL).
- Technical leadership : Experience in developer mentoring, tech project management, and team coordination.
- Rigor and curiosity : Analytical mind, attention to detail, ability to solve complex problems.
- Product culture : Ability to collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to build useful and well-thought-out features.
