Job description:
We are looking for a Communication and Brand Strategy Manager to help us make Jared a key name in financial education. You will be responsible for developing and executing a communication strategy that strengthens our brand image, increases our reputation and engages our user community.
Your responsibilities include:
- The creation of impacting content for various channels (social media, website, events, etc.);
- Analyzing the performance of campaigns to optimize future actions;
- Public relations management;
- Brand identity development and emotional connection with our users and partners.

Profile sought:
We are looking for an ambitious profile, with 3 to 5 years of experience in communication, marketing or brand management, and a strong appetite for the world of startups and technologies.
Key skills:
- Strategic communication : Experience creating and executing communication strategies for rapidly growing brands. Managing communication campaigns from end to end, with a data-driven orientation, would be a big plus.
- Storytelling and content creation : Ability to transform Jared's mission into engaging and creative stories. Endowed with great creativity, comfortable with several communication formats and able to adapt content according to media and imagine the best levers for organic growth.
- Brand Management : Development and anchoring of the Jared brand in the minds of users.
- Adaptability and innovation : Ability to quickly adjust the strategy based on market feedback.
- Team management : Supervision of apprentices, collaboration with consultants, and formation of a larger communication team.
- Knowledge of fintech and financial education : A good understanding of these sectors would be an asset. The candidate must know how to position Jared in this competitive ecosystem and stand out from the crowd.
