In the context of the use of the website https://www.jared.finance (hereinafter the “Site”), the Jared mobile application (hereinafter the “Mobile Application”) and the Services made available on the Jared Site (hereinafter the “Services”), Jared SAS (hereinafter “Jared” or the “Company”) may collect and process personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) concerning persons using the Service (hereinafter the “Services”), Jared SAS (hereinafter “Jared” or the “Company”) may collect and process personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) concerning persons using the Service (hereinafter the” Users “).

Users may request to contact professional partners of Jared. In this case, they allow Jared to share their email address with the relevant professionals. At the request of the User, the latter may also share specific data with the professional concerned, this data varying from one professional to another.

 

Data collected by other sources
When using the Services and when the User has consented to it, data relating to interactions with third parties is collected.

Depending on the Services, Jared may collect and process the following categories of Personal Data:

VIII. Personal Data Retention Period
